The heart of Superior serving the Valley areas, Northern Los Angeles, and Hollywood for over 20 years. Located on the corner of San Fernando Rd. and Wolfskill St. Superior San Fernando is sitting on a large 38,000 square foot property with a separate paint, body, and detail department. With a newly remodeled front office we offer comfort to our customers as our friendly staff walks you through the claims and repair process. Our Process

01. Welcome

Upon your arrival to any of our convenient locations, one of our friendly staff members will welcome you and listen to your concerns. One of our estimators will perform an inspection of your vehicle and explain to you the process required to restore your vehicle to a condition it was in before your accident. Once approved, our staff will begin checking in your vehicle, we will provide a cover for your steering wheel, driver’s seat, and a floor mat before your vehicle is worked on.

02. Repairs

Next your vehicle will be disassembled to evaluate any damaged that we were unable to visually see during the original inspection. Here we will determine what type of collision your vehicle will be categorized in.

Light (External cosmetic damages) Any superficial damages such as a scratch on your bumper, or a broken headlight. Minor damages that require a quick repair and refinish will set your vehicle in this category.

Medium (Replacement external parts) If your vehicle is damaged to the point where parts need to be replaced such as your front or rear bumpers, front fenders, or doors.

Heavy (Vehicle frame or inner structure damaged) Any collision that damages your front inner structure which surrounds your engine compartment, unitized body or stand-alone frame. These repairs are carefully evaluated and the vehicle is measured and repairs back to pre-loss factory specifications.

03. Paint

After your vehicle repairs are completed your vehicle will enter our state of the art paint department equipped with a Garmat USA downdraft spray booth, A computerized color match mixing room and our ASE, i-Car certified paint staff. We use PPG Automotive Refinishing products which are environmental friendly.
